On Wednesday, February 23, 2022, the University of Zakho signed a scientific supervision contract with the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) for conducting an international conference entitled “4th International Conference on Advanced Science and Engineering”. Indeed, this step was performed in the presence of Dr. Nadhim S. Jakhsi, President of Zakho University, Dr. Karwan F. Sami, Vice President of Zakho University for Students Affairs, Dr. Sabiha F. Jawad, Director of IEEE sector in Iraq, and Dr. Sattar B. Sadkhan, Representative of IEEE sector in Iraq.

Moreover, an additional agreement was signed with the American Institute of Physics (AIP) prior to the aforementioned one.

It is worth mentioning that the conference will be jointly conducted by the University of Zakho, Duhok Polytechnic University and Northern Technical University in September, 2022. Additionally, the accepted researches will be published by certain publishers including IEEE, AIP, Science Journal of the University of Zakho, etc.
